OK this maybe a training race but it was the hardest race I have ever done! All the who's, who's were at the race. This race is always the hardest race to do but today was extreme!
I needed to test my legs out for Nats. Lets just say if Nats will be harder than that I will be shocked! 3 of us took off after 1 lap. Tom Frueh, Rudy Sroka and I the weakest by far! I think 2 laps later after we had a 30 sec gap, Mark Hekman comes out of No-where's Ville and goes to the front 31+ MPH!WOW!
My jaw opened up as if I was 7 years old on Christmas morning, 5:00 am of course. Well Mark and Tom where definitely I say Definitely the power of our break! As for Rudy you are AWESOME! I am taking Tom's word 28.1 MPH felt like it to me!
