Thw wheather was really hot and my warm up was too long. The womens race over 30 minutes late causing me to train too long in the hot sun while I waited for my race. The cousr was very technical with lots of sharp turns cause some crash which I luckly avoided but manages to seperate me from the group and my shoulder to cramp up.
